Jim retired as a Captain with the Philadelphia Fire Department in 1995 and was recruited by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General’s, investigating Environmental Crimes. Jim moved from Philadelphia to Sea Isle City full time in 1997, where he served on the Sea Isle City Zoning Board. Jim and his wife Cathy met in first grade and have been married for the past 47 years. In 2004 they decided they wanted to be where they spent the summers as children and relocated to North Wildwood. He obtained his Real Estate Sales Persons license in 2001 and his Broker’s license in 2004.

A graduate of Father Judge High School in Philadelphia, with a  Bachelor of Arts degree from Holy Family University and a Master of Science Degree from Saint Joseph’s University. Jim served in the United States Air Force during the Viet Nam War. He is the President of the Cape May County Police & Fire Emerald Society, a member the Cape May County Ancient Order of Hibernian’s Division #1, the Disable American Veterans, American Legion, Elks and the Moose

Jim is a people person and believes that a real estate agent should be a facilitator and that the transaction should be about the buyers and sellers.
