Chuck originally from Delaware County, relocated to North Wildwood in 1996 and began a development company. For 14 years he was involved in building, rehabilitating and converting properties. His enthusiasm for real estate drove him to obtain his license in 2009, then his Broker’s license in 2013. Chuck takes a challenge head on and makes sure even the most difficult transactions are given the attention needed to bring them to settlement.
